What We Believe

Salvation We believe salvation is the gift of God to man by grace through faith in Jesus Christ producing a godly lifestyle that is pleasing to God (Eph. 2:8-10; John 8:29; Eph 5:26-27	Jesus Christ We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, The Eternal Word of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, died, buried, resurrected ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father (Isa. 7:14; 9:6; Luke 1:35; John 1:1-2, 14; 2 Cor. 5:19-21; Gal. 4:4-5; Phil. 2:5-8;)	The Godhead We believe there is only one God - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit - who is the Creator of all things. (Gen 1:26; 1 Joh 5:7;1 Tim 3:16; Isa 40:28; Isa 45:5; Mat 3:16-17)
Water Baptism We believe water baptism by immersion is a commandment of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and is for believers only. The ordinance is a symbol of the Christian's identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection (Matt. 28:19; Mat 3:11, 14-16; Rom. 6:4; Col. 2:12; Act 19-3-5; )	Jesus Christ Is Lord We believe Jesus Christ is Alive and He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings; The Alpha and Omega; Chief Apostle; Intercessor; God in the Flesh; All-Powerful; All-Knowing; Full of Life; Love; Liberty & Light; The Resurrection; Jesus was manifested to destroy the Works of satan and through His Blood the believer overcomes the devil; All devils are subject to the Name of Jesus Christ; Jesus is Lord!	Baptism of the Holy Ghost We believe born again believers can receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. (Act 2:1-4,38; Act 19:1-6; Mar 16:17; Act 10:44-47)
Healing By Jesus Stripes I'm Healed and No Weaponed Formed Against me Shall Prosper! I am the Healed of God! He sent His Word and Healed Me and Delivered me from all my fears! I receive healing in my body now in Jesus Name! (1st Pet 2:24; 1sa 54:17; Psa 103:1-2; Psa 107:20; Rom 10:9-10).	Man, His Fall And Redemption We believe God created man in His likeness, but through Adam's transgression and fall sin entered into the world and the human race inherited a sinful nature and became alienated from God. Jesus Christ was manifested to destroy the works of the devil and through life's sacrifice, he shed his blood to redeem and restore man's relationship with God. (Gen 1:26; Rom. 5:14; Rom 6:23; 1 John 3:8; Tit 2:14; Eph 2:16; Col 2:20-21).	Biblical Application We believe in pleasing God by living a holy, sanctified life before God which comes from applying the Word of God to our every day lifestyle and obeying the Holy Spirit. (James 1:22; James 2:2-26; John 15:1-7)
The Church is Victorious Over the Devil God has given the believer authority over every devil. Born again believers in Jesus Christ have the power to cast out devils through the Word of God, in the name of Jesus, by the blood of the Lamb, and through fasting and prayer. (Matt 17:21; 1 Co 7:5; Rev 12:7-11; Matt 8:16; Luke 9:1; Eph 6:10-19)	Eternal Life And Being Born Again We believe Jesus Christ is eternal life. A person must believe that Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead so he/she can receive eternal life. A person must repent of ones sins with godly sorrow and receive in one's heart Jesus Christ as one's Lord and Savior and publicly testify of that experience. (2 Cor. 7:10; Romans 10:9-10; 1 John 5:11-12; John 3:3-5).	Called to Stand Against Demonic Powerss We believe Satan is the enemy of God and believers’ therefore must stand against every diabolical practice such as but not limited to occult practices and doctrine, sorcery, root workers, witchcraft, evil works, wizardry, ungodly acts, necromancers, lying, charming, destroyers, infirmities, and all kinds of demonic spirits. (Matt 7:5-20; Acts 13:6-11; 1 John 4:1; Rev 19:20; Acts 16:16-18; Deut 18:9-12). 1 Pet 5:8-90)
The Name of Jesus We believe there is Power in the Name of Jesus. There is No other Name that we can call on for salvation. Everything spirit is subject to the Name of Jesus. We believe the Name of Jesus carry the same authority on earth as the person Jesus. Matt 1:21; Phi 2:10; Luke 10:17	Ministry Gifts We believe the Holy Spirit empowers males and females to operate in any ministry gift at any time; GOD calls males and females to preach the gospel, walk in dominion, lay hands on the sick, and to cast out devils. God set the members in the body of Christ and empowers them with spiritual gifts according to His sovereignity. (Gen 1:26-28; Mar 16:16-17; 1 Cor 12:18; Gal 3:28; Acts 8:1-4; Rom 16:7,12).	God Heals and Work Miracles Today We believe God divinely heals the physically sick and works physical and spiritual miracles today! (Acts 2:1-4; Acts 19:1-6; Acts 10:44-46; Mark 16:7; Acts 2:38; 1 Cor 12:1-10; Matt 3:11; Mark 16:16; Acts 10:38)
Life-Transformation We believe God has equipped the body of Christ with power to be an effective witness to help lives translate into the Kingdom of His dear Son - Jesus Christ. We then are able to become God-pleasers, transformed into the image of Jesus Christ, and live a lifestyle that -spiritually impacts and transforms others who go forth in the power of the Holy Ghost to reproduce other sons and daughters in the Image of Jesus Christ.	Purpose of Ministry Gifts in the Body of Christ The Holy Spirit uniquely calls and anoints of the body of Christ apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the unity of the faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Ministry gifts empowers believers to mature and become strong in Jesus Christ, to stand stedfast against demonic teaching, prophecies, and lifestyles, and the body becomes an effective and empowered witness for Jesus Christ. (1Cor 12; Eph 4:10-16; Mat 10:1; Jam 1:22; Act 1:8).	God-Pleasers We believe God-pleasers are those who walk the walk and not just talk the talk. They are "Lovers of God" and live to please Him in everything they do! Naturally & Spiritually. (Heb 11:6; John 14:15).
